  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact our customer service team or initiate a return through your account.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Yes. All payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted connections. We never store your complete payment details on our servers. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
  • Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, our customer service team is happy to help you find the perfect fit. We also offer free returns if the size isn't quite right.
  • We apologize if you received the wrong item. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you right away at no additional cost.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement immediately or issue a full refund. You won't need to return the damaged item.
  • First, check with neighbors or building management, as packages are sometimes left in safe locations. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue quickly.
